Mr. McGrath is a Managing Director and leads the Product Liability Practice. He provides services to clients in many industries including insurance/reinsurance, utility, petrochemical, construction, mining, manufacturing, real estate, waste management and pharmaceutical. His expertise includes damage quantification and insurance claim preparation for environmental remediation, asbestos (BI and PD), contract disputes, construction matters, trademark/trade dress disputes, real estate transactions, property casualty losses, product liabilities, and other commercial disputes. He utilizes specialized technology tools and methods to estimate liabilities, distribute potential liability among various parties and allocate claims to historic insurance policies. He has prepared numerous expert damage reports and has provided expert testimony in both state and federal courts. Mr. McGrath also serves as the Office Managing Director for Navigant's three Chicago area offices.
