Paul Braithwaite leads Navigant Consulting Inc.’s Actuarial and Underwriting Services practice, providing expert testimony, loss reserve reviews, pricing studies, reinsurance commutations, underwriting audits/due diligence, finite risk analysis, captive studies, and regulatory services. Mr. Braithwaite is an actuary and leading expert in the property-casualty insurance and reinsurance industry, where he held high-level executive positions for over 20 years. His experience spans all lines of property-casualty business including many specialty lines, such as finite reinsurance. He has testified as an expert in investigations and disputes involving insurance and reinsurance contracts. Mr. Braithwaite is a recent President of the Casualty Actuarial Society and member of A.R.I.A.S.
