Paul has been working in Financial Services for 20 years providing consulting, deal advice, outsourcing and other professional services to the UK, Europe and US financial markets. Specialising in crafting business partnership arrangements, Paul has designed and delivered many successful outsourcing deals, joint ventures, and alliances - including the Navigant engagements which won the 2002 and 2005 MCA awards for outsourcing in financial services. Since he joined forces with FSE in 2001 (formerly Troika), Paul has also put his skills to good use internally. He was a founding force behind FSE's Investment Management practice and outsourcing services. In addition, he set up FSE's non-consulting lines of business: ResourceCo, the specialist recruiting and contractor sourcing company; and our Benchmarking businesses. Paul's time outside work is spent at home in the Cotswolds with his wife and 3 young boys, encouraging their interest in his own passions of skiing, sailing and country life.
