Paula Frederick is a Director in Navigant Consulting's Disputes & Investigations practice. Having practiced exclusively in the areas of business valuation and damages quantification since 1994, Ms. Frederick has prepared numerous valuation and damages quantification reports. Through her past assignments she has gained knowledge of a broad range of industries. Ms. Frederick has extensive experience in the determination of disturbance damages and business valuations for Expropriation related matters. She is active in the Ontario Expropriation Association, serving as a Director and Past President of the association. Ms. Frederick has authored several articles and given presentations on valuation and damages quantification issues. She has been involved in the Advocates' Society Civil Litigation Programs acting as an expert witness for both the panel and workshop portions of the programs.
