Peter McFarlane is a Managing Director and has specialized in forensic accounting since 1988, following five years in general practice with a major international accounting firm in Canada and the United Kingdom. Mr. McFarlane has conducted and led numerous corporate investigations, due diligence and litigation support assignments throughout North America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia. He has considerable experience with a range of fraud investigations, including management and employee fraud, and commercial disputes. He also has particular expertise managing pre-acquisition due-diligence engagements primarily for corporations, investment banks, investment funds and financial institutions.
