Peter Steger is a Managing Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice in Toronto. For 17 years, Mr. Steger has practiced exclusively in litigation consulting, business valuation and forensic accounting. He has assisted Canadian and U.S. clients in the resolution of over 250 cases covering a wide range of industries with particular emphasis on high stakes disputes involving claims of $10-100+ million involving IP, class actions, securities and major contract disputes. Mr. Steger also has significant experience in obtaining and executing Anton Piller Orders and Mareva Injunctions in civil fraud cases. In 2006 and 2007, Mr. Steger was recognized in the Lexpert / American Lawyer annual guide as one of Canada's top Expert Witnesses.
