Mr. Fultineer is a Managing Director in the eastern region Construction practice of Navigant Consulting, and manages the Pittsburgh office. He specializes in providing consulting services on both large and small projects in the areas of claims and damage analysis, construction management, mechanical engineering design, and information management. Mr. Fultineer has been involved in the evaluation of both commercial and industrial projects. These cases have included steel and utility plants, road and bridge work, wastewater treatment plants, manufacturing plants, refineries, hospitals, airports, jails, large multi-use commercial developments and environmental clean-ups. His responsibilities have consisted of detailed schedule delay analysis, productivity analysis, cost analysis, estimation of cost to complete, review of project design and evaluation of property/business interruption damages.
