Mr. Finkelman is Managing Director and Practice Leader of the Discovery Services practice of Navigant Consulting. He has over 24 years experience assisting clients in the technological planning, implementation and integration of numerous commercial litigation engagements. Mr. Finkelman has consulted, designed, and implemented automated practice systems for a variety of clients with litigation needs. These clients include corporate legal departments, law firms, and courts. He also designs and deploys legal portals for litigation needs of parties throughout the lifecycle of a case or series of cases. His expertise includes systems integration and workflow solutions for electronic data collection, data review, data production, and data warehousing. Mr. Finkelman has significant experience coordinating and managing large multi-party actions. He has assisted several global corporations with specific information technology projects including preservation, retention, review and repository systems.
