As a Director in NCI's Investigations practice, Rich Fogarty has over 13 years of experience as a lawyer and investigator in the fields of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations, large fraud investigations, investigative due diligence, anti-money laundering, asset searches and counterfeit/grey market matters. Rich has worked throughout North America, Latin America, Asia and Europe on a variety of matters. He is also fluent in Spanish.
