Rick Ostiller is a Managing Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice. Mr. Ostiller is head of the Northern California Investigations practice, and has responsibility for the Palo Alto office. Mr. Ostiller has provided financial and strategic consulting services to attorneys and corporate clients in numerous industries. He has testified in several venues, and has extensive experience with high profile investigative projects, damages calculations, lost profits analyses, and other cost analysis studies. Mr. Ostiller is one of the national leaders of NCI's stock options investigations team. His practice also includes forensic accounting investigations, commercial and intellectual property litigation damages analyses, and government contracts claims.
