Robert Osborne has been a prominent figure in UK’s PFI/PPP since its inception in the 1990's. His posts in the Public Sector have included Head of the Private Finance Unit for the Department of Health and Chief Executive of Partnerships for Schools. His private sector posts have included Main Board Director for Amey plc and Managing Director for Carillion plc’s Private Finance and Support Services. Earlier in his career, Robert spent almost ten years constructing high rise buildings in Chicago and three years leading a Construction Management company in Paris. Formerly a member of HM Treasury Standing Committee on PFI, Robert sits on the editorial Board for PPP Journal.
