He advises clients and counsel on case strategy, evidence identification/preservation, witness interviews, financial analysis, discovery strategy, asset recovery and expert testimony. Many of his cases involve the recovery and analysis of critical electronic evidence. He has given expert evidence in cases involving forensic accounting and often provides affidavits supporting applications for injunctive relief.
