Ross Hamilton has worked exclusively in forensic and investigative accounting for over 20 years and is recognized by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants as a Specialist in Investigative and Forensic Accounting. He has considerable experience conducting various and diverse investigations on behalf of public and private corporations, Board of Directors, and enforcement agencies investigating allegations of fraud, accounting irregularities and other unlawful conduct. He also has considerable experience related to the analysis and quantification of economic damages, especially related to intellectual property disputes. He has testified as an expert witness on numerous occasions.
