Mr. Sands has completed more than forty M&A transactions as a senior advisor with a total transaction value in excess of $2 billion. He has also raised capital in excess of $1.5 billion for his clients through private placements of debt and loan syndications. Mr. Sands has represented several publicly-traded companies including InfraSource Services, ClearPoint Business Resources, P&O Nedlloyd, Vosper Thornycroft and Enbridge.
