Stephen Pitaniello's experience includes the preparation and analysis of various complex construction delay, acceleration, disruption and loss of productivity claims. Mr. Pitaniello has worked on a variety of projects across multiple industry sectors including healthcare, industrial, transportation, education, sporting venues and hospitality. Mr. Pitaniello gained significant construction and construction management experience during his previous employment as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force's Civil Engineering Group, as a superintendent with Turner Construction Company and as a project manager and operations manager with a HVAC contracting firm. Mr. Pitaniello is a registered Professional Engineer in Connecticut and California.
