Steve is a Director at Navigant Consulting and has 17 years of experience consulting to financial services clients gained with Accenture, Troika and now Navigant Consulting. Steve graduated from Cambridge University in 1986 with a First in Engineering and subsequently studied there for his PhD. With Accenture, Steve helped major clients in the life and pensions industry plan, design and deliver large-scale, IT-enabled change programmes. In his nine years with Troika, he focused on delivering cost reduction and service improvement in operations by process re-engineering and sourcing, and deploying IT solutions to deliver distribution strategies. He has delivered a number of large-scale outsourcing and offshore deals for financial services clients and also leads Navigant's IT Benchmarking service.
