Steve is a Director in the Disputes and Investigations practice.  He is responsible for providing forensic accounting, financial, and economic advisory services for clients seeking quantification of damages, expert witness testimony or critiques, analysis of intellectual property licensing / litigation issues, and other litigation consulting services. In addition, Steve is skilled at performing economic analysis to determine “arm’s length” profits and pricing for several categories of transactions including the license of intangible assets, sale of tangible products, provision of management services, and loans to support transfer pricing planning and compliance requirements.
