Mr. Yeager is Navigant Consulting's national Project Risk Management (PRM) service line leader. He has more than twenty years of experience in general contracting, construction management, and business management to complement the four years he has provided construction consulting services. As a consultant, Mr. Yeager has extensive experience with claims analysis, damages quantification, and has provided expert testimony on numerous matters. He has also provided PRM services to enhance project administration during project development, design and construction to minimize the likelihood of delays, disruptions, scope growth and disputes.
