Tom Gaeta is a Managing Director and co-leads the Discovery Services practice. He has over 13 years of litigation support and discovery consulting experience. Mr. Gaeta has provided consulting services to clients in a variety of industries on electronic discovery, information management, litigation support, records management and technology consulting across the US. This work includes the design of complex database/workflow retrieval systems; coordination of document and electronic production repositories; and analysis and design of records retention and preservation programs. Mr. Gaeta has assisted clients in all aspects of hard copy and electronic productions including the identification and collection of custodian data, its subsequent relevancy and privilege screening and production to opposing parties.
