Dr Tim Williams is a Director in Navigant Consulting's Public Services practice. Tim leads the Regeneration and Housing Advisory team. Before joining, Tim was special advisor to David Miliband at ODPM where he worked on the Local Government White paper and regeneration, planning and housing policy, and most recently advised CLG Minister, Caroline Flint, on regeneration, planning, housing and growth areas. He is advising on the emerging business plan of the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), the new national regeneration and housing body, and chaired the Housing Corporation commission into the design of affordable housing in the Thames Gateway.
