Internationally, our Construction team focuses on three principal areas of expertise:
- Planning and Programming – provides specialist expert consulting services in the planning, programming and management of international construction projects
- Quantum Services – specialises in assisting those involved in the construction process to understand the financial impacts of those projects, in particular providing advice where capital projects have been the subject of changed circumstances, delay, disruption, or termination
- Standard and Performance Services – provides a range of services including standard of care assessment, professional negligence, defective construction analysis, due diligence appraisal, design process risk management, building technology and materials evaluation. Areas of expertise include architecture, construction/project management, civil, structural, tunneling, geotechnical, process, oil and gas, and mechanical and electrical (M&E) building services engineering.
