State of the Art Computer Forensics Lab

Navigant Consulting maintains six fully staffed Computer Forensics Labs in the United States, as well as state of the art Forensics Labs in Europe and Asia.  Our computer forensic teams are equipped to deploy on-site to provide collection services for the purpose of forensic data collection of hard drives, desktops, servers and other electronic media.

In addition to our computer forensic capabilities, many of our professionals have testified as 30b6 witnesses for clients involved in complex eDiscovery matters. Our testifying experience includes testifying to the forensics of collections, the burdensomeness of producing not readily accessible electronically stored information (ESI) as well as the architecture of enterprise systems and potential ESI data stored on such environments.

Sound Methodologies

In all of our document and evidence collection activities, we are meticulous about employing forensically sound approaches and maintaining an appropriate and defensible chain of custody to ensure the admissibility of evidence is not compromised.

Electronic evidence collection teams are led by seasoned veterans whose responsibilities include ensuring quality control measures are adhered to and that industry best practices are employed by all team members from documentation, protocol and technology perspectives.  The tools, technologies and techniques we use have gained standardized acceptance in European and United States litigation and law enforcement communities.
