Production Management Services
Navigant Consulting has extensive experience with production management. We are able to successfully aggregate documents that have been determined to be responsive to Discovery Requests; assure that redactions to those documents are in conformance with attorneys’ directions; and provide for the electronic numbering of the production subset(s). We also validate that no privileged or confidential documents have been inadvertently included in the production set. We develop customized methodologies for document productions based on our client’s parameters and budget.
Production Tracking Systems
Using our Discovery Management Portal, we track the production of documents accurately, ensuring that at any point during the litigation counsel is able to identify the history of a document including how a document has been used, when and by whom the document was produced, and for whom it was produced. Our document tracking systems can also record the use of documents in depositions and at trial. These production tracking systems are particularly valuable in multi-party litigation or in instances where documents are relevant in several litigation matters.
Production Quality Assurance
After a set of documents has been designated for production, we review the set to ensure privileged or confidential documents have not been inadvertently included. We submit the production set to counsel for final review and signoff. When counsel designates changes, we make the necessary revisions and resubmit the set for attorney review. After attorneys sign off on the production set, we finalize the document collection including conversion services if required. We are able to provide document productions in a variety of formats to meet the client’s needs..
