Anti-Money Laundering

There are significant challenges relative to identifying and managing the risk associated with potential customer fraud and abuse. Failure to report suspicious transactions in the accounts of foreigners carries serious risks and ramifications for financial institutions.

Navigant Consulting reviews customer transactions to identify and analyze relevant information to explain potentially suspicious activity. With our assistance, clients are able to flag potentially suspicious activity and ensure that early assessments of those transactions are reported through the proper channels. We also assist clients during or following a regulatory investigation by reviewing or re-reviewing transactions, reconstructing data and analyzing relevant transactions subject to inquiry, assisting our clients in determining whether a Suspicious Activity Report should be filed.
